Toree Saturn
Toree Saturn is the newest game in the "Toree Franchise".
It's a speed based 3D Platformer featuring a round bird with sunglasses and a backpack!
Run through linear levels from point A to B with a double jumping bird while avoiding enemies, collecting stars (if desired), and getting all kinds of little speed boosts along the way.
Features:
- - Simple to understand gameplay: Just run around and jump and you already set to get the highest rankings in each level
- - A variety of levels with different retro and colorful themes
- - Cool tunes inspired by late 90s as well as early Y2K styles.
- - A bird with sunglasses and a backpack!
(New) Features (for people who played the earlier stuff):
- Toree has two new moves! The player can now use a grounddash in mid air to descend faster and get a speedboost when impacting on the ground, as well as homing in on special stars to get a height and movement boost.
- New Looks! Toree Saturns artstyle tries to be a combination of late 90s 3D with some of the more crazy looks of the early Y2K era. It's like a natural evolution of the artstyle of the previous games... I hope.
- Controlling Toree got way easier!
No more Run-Button, meaning players don't have to hold down the right trigger for ages.
Most actions (except for the trigger for the ground dash) only use the Jump button.
Ground Dash is performed by the now freed Right Trigger of your controller (LMB if K&M)

Whoever made that rock/metal song for the trailer, you're awesome, and I'd like to hear more from you. The trailer says "KB", but that's too vague!
I bought one of the games on switch, abandoned it for a while, and am finding that there are alot of them on itch.io
Here are a few things that could be added or fixed in the future
Improve Hawkee's skin to be more similar to his appearance in Train Heist Terror (such as the purple glow or the red flame on his jetpack)
shiny/super toree Since this character is very nerfed now, this is just a skin when I am sure that it could give more incentives to unlock it such as a speed greater than the normal bullfight or invincibility, especially due to its difficult unlocking method.
extra: the super toree skin could improve by adapting it to the hawkee skin, being able to use its reaper model hawkee del toree vs hawkee rematch
I hope this can be added in a future update and I must say that the game is very good, I highly recommend it

Absolutely loved this game! I already thought the first Toree game was really fun, but it's cool to see how each game gets better and better. Can't wait for more!
Woohoo! I was worried this one would only be on steam, but I'm happy to see it here on itch where it belongs! If I may be so bold as to request mac support for your awesome games, it would be amazing! Although I'm probably just going to use crossover in the meantime.
