I loved this game, I played the haunted ps1 demo a while back and thought it was adorable and then this played this version and it blew me away. I'm so impressed, I can't wait for more and also...I love the music. Here's also a quick video I did on it!
This has to be nominated for one of the best indie games of 2020. The voice acting is on point, high quality visuals, really good gameplay, and great story to boot. I highly recommend this one to everyone, especially if you're a DBZ or anime fan!
Absolutely loving it, I need to find the right time to play it cause things that chase me scare me a lot, despite them being cute food! You absolutely nailed that psx-tron bonny like aesthetics and feeling and crafted everything together carefully! And it's about food! Love it!

I played the demo on HauntedPS1 Demo Disk, and really enjoyed the game. I'm so glad there's more to it. I thought it was really cool how you had the intro for the game with the characters. Also, I think it's really cool there's a story to the game. LOL. The short yellow dude reminded me of the short blue dude from Dragon Ball. Overall, I really enjoyed the game, and I'm looking forward to more episodes. Tips?... I think.... I guess... It'd be nice to have some note or writing in like the top right corner or something like that to see your objective. I found myself trying to figure out what to do sometimes. It'd just be nice to have the current objective displayed somewhere. Also, I don't know what the fish were about. LOL. Probably my last thing, but for me personally I'd like the game to be a liitle harder per say or have a little more tension. Basically, I think I'd enjoy it more if it was a little more challenging, since I beat it with such ease. But yeah. This was a really good game, and I'm glad to know there's more coming. Keep up the good work.

I LOVE your game. The first demo was fun but this one blows it out of the water! Tasty Ramen is my favorite antagonist monster. WAY BETTER THAN SIREN HEAD!

i loved this game i remember playing the old one where it was just a small store with the ramen guy chasing you but now its like a whole new game here is a little video of my gameplay its the second game
Absolutely loved it! The colorful, yet simplistic, art style was great. I played the beta of this game before Episode 1 released, so cool how you added a story behind a game as unique as this. I had a blast playing it, and am looking forward to Episode 2. 10/10
Thanks. :D That is a bit difficult. Right now I am still working on Episode 1 to get everything polished. Episode 1 took us around four months. However, at least one month was planing. A realistic goal might be october. However, a lot can still happen, so it might be later.
Honestly was an amazing game, and it's evident from the great reviews. The gameplay was just super funny and didn't get boring becuase of the amazing art, the way you made the game feel fluid and not sluggish as many other games are. And kepeing the tone goofy and cartoon/ anime like.
The intro and outro usic was fantastic and loved the composition. It worked so well with the game and instantly made it a hit. The cute and goofy background sounds also helped keep the game fresh throughout the play through. Even liked the way taht you need to figure out hat you can lift and throw boxes and the batteries in order to attract/ distract the ramen bowl, gives the player a sense of proudness and skill, and also helps keep the hunt for the batteries entertaining.
There are two main glitches that I found in the game; one was at the very beginning; I walked into a tree whilst looking straight down at the character model's shadow and the inverted my controls somehow. I was able to restart the game and fix that, but thought you might like to know of this.
The second bug isn't technically a bug, but it's the way I beat the game. I was able to lure the ramen bowl outside of the shop and collect and deposit multiple batteries before it returned. So a area restriction for the ramen bowl might be in your interests unless this 'bug' was intended. If it was, it's a pretty cool small thing for the players to find out.
An overall amazing, great game. My only suggestions would be to make the ramen bowl a tad bit more aggressive so it's a little harder. But yes, the easiness of being able to outmanoeuvre the ramen bowl is what makes the game as fun as it is.

Thank you especially for the comment about the game's feeling. :D I always try to make my games as fluid as possible. This time I used a lot of cutscenes and was really scared it might bring the game to a crawl. I still need to include an option to skip those though...
He will become more aggressive in future episodes, for sure. :) Not sure I should increase it in this episode though. I absolutely get you. I am able to outrun him with ease, myself. Though I saw a lot of people already struggling a bit with the way he is right now. It's really tough to find the right balance :D

Randomly found this game, saw the psx style graphics and the overall premise and thought it'll be fun. Boy was I in for a ride, unsure if the developer is Japanese or not but it definitely nailed the random and weirdness of Japan all in this game. I think there is nothing that can prepare anyone when playing this game so I implore you all to check it out!

I sadly cannot play this game because I have a Mac (I'm also the worst with horror games that involve running), but I wanted to comment to say that I absolutely LOVE the aesthetic of this game. It reminds me a little of LSD: Dream Emulator.

This was absolutely amazing. The intro song blew me away, and I love the overall style of the game. Gameplay is straight forward, but still oddly frightening. My only issue was that the controls suddenly inverted at one point, but I was still able to play and beat the game! Looking forward to episode 2!!!
